1979-Present As the director of the Carrollwood Chiropractic Center in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Shapiro has started and developed a rapidly growing Chiropractic Center which provides total family care in the areas of personal injury, spinal disorders, nutritional evaluation and care, sports injuries, industrial injuries, etc.
